    Curious about a new restaurant in town, challenging fear foods or just want some support and guidance during snack time? We can schedule a supported meal or snack session to help work through anxiety or fear with various events involving food.

  • Cooking Sessions / Food Demos.

    These sessions are helpful in increasing food safety knowledge, incorporating new culinary terminology and skill building in the kitchen. These hands-on nutrition sessions are intended to build confidence and encourage curiosity in cooking, thereby increasing overall food accessibility for the client.

    If you are unsure of how to incorporate budget friendly items into your recipes, struggle with label reading or just want to try new food items with guidance, grocery store tours could be a helpful tool.

  • Mindful Movement Sessions.

    Sometimes the most supportive way to spend our time is to challenge beliefs and attitudes related to exercise and movement that no longer serve you. Approaching movement using mindfulness practices can help you discover a new, more peaceful way to practice movement that honors your mind, body and soul.
